Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using BladeSync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized access, and data entered by your staff. Keep passwords and device keys secure.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly plans renew until canceled. Lifetime access is a one-time payment. Trial eligibility, refunds, and billing events are governed by your checkout terms and applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to BladeSync systems.
5. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BladeSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
